NOZOC is an internal inspection device that captures high-precision images of the inner surface without rotating the workpiece, automating defect inspection. Its compact and lightweight design allows for easy integration into manufacturing lines, and it supports PLC (SLMP) and IO control, strongly aiding automation and labor reduction. The captured images and judgment results can be automatically saved, contributing to traceability. It is available in a range of types from small diameter to standard, accommodating inner diameters of Φ5 to 150mm and depths of up to approximately 200mm. In addition to inspecting defects such as scratches, dents, casting defects, burrs, and foreign objects, it also measures area, size, pitch, and color. Multiple light sources can be selected according to the application, making it adaptable to various materials such as metal, resin, and glass. The software has been accelerated (200% compared to conventional methods), enabling high-precision inspection without hindering production speed, thus maintaining productivity.
